IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE FILLING THE ONLINE FORM

1. Online Forms will be available only for the standard, for which the admissions are available.
2. All fields marked * are mandatory.
3. After submission of enquiry form and application form you will receive username and password which can be used to check the status of the form. Same user id and password is to be used for payment of Admission fees.
4. Submission of Application Form along with form fees of Rs. 500/- is mandatory. Form received without application fees will not be processed.
5. Be very careful and enter correct Email Id and Phone numbers.
6. Keep scan copies of the following documents of the child handy before filling the form –

• Original Birth certificate.
• Aadhaar card if available
• Soft copy of the child’s recent photograph.

9. Recheck all the details carefully before submitting the form.
10. Please download and print the submitted form for further admission process.
